BPER Banca relied on Kettydo + to define a holistic strategy capable of facilitating communication processes and improving the customer's digital experience, starting with the analysis of the needs of the user who comes into contact with the bank's digital channels.
To support BPER Banca's new positioning, based on dialogue and listening to its customers, we used artificial intelligence to create Dotti, the first virtual assistant of BPER Banca, accessible to all 24/7, able to help and immediately direct users to the content or solution that best suits their needs. I sketched, designed and  brought the character to life, starting from a series of facial expressions, that make Dotti more human and empathetic.
